PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To avoid fixing failure and wrinkling of a recording medium while avoiding increases in heat capacity and cost. SOLUTION: A truncated conical member 41 is disposed between each of support members 25 for a pressure roller 2 and each of the ends of the pressure roller 2. Each of support members 15 for a heat roller is set so as to press the corresponding truncated conical member 41, thereby the heat roller 1 and pressure roller 2 are made to produce bending load.
