PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reaction assay kit and a system thereof, which are simple and inexpensive and can carry out a quantitative measurement with high sensitivity. SOLUTION: A highly sensitive reaction detection using a sensor element is achieved by adopting a chemiluminescent reaction. In other words, a reaction detection-use plate is used, which comprises: a membrane member (a); a fist antibody impregnation section (b) which is disposed so as to face the membrane member and holds a labeled fist antibody for specifically bonding to an object substance to be analyzed; a second antibody immobilizing section (c) which is disposed on a portion of the membrane member and previously immobilizes a second antibody for specifically bonding to the object substance to be analyzed; and the sensor element (d) which is disposed so to face the second antibody immobilizing section and equipped with a light detecting section and a signal transmitting/receiving section. A signal detected by the sensor element is transmitted to an arithmetic device through a reader coil and a reader, and the reaction is analyzed. COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
