PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem where solution exchange efficiency in an excitation light irradiation region is degraded because unevenness is present on a surface in a reaction tank including the excitation light irradiation region, in a nano-opening irradiation detection method being an excitation light irradiation region reducing technique required for improving an S/B ratio in fluorescence measurement.
