PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an activity support system for simply producing operation record which has excellent retrieval performance by recording an operation report, direction from a supporter, and time for tranceiving multimedia information, extracting a text from a part of voice communication, and handling the data in an integrative manner. SOLUTION: When finishing a series of operations, records of terminal operation and tranceived images and inputted or tranceived multimedia data are collectively transferred to the information processing system 22 for producing the operation record. Here, integration of the data is carried out and operation record document data are outputted.
