PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent an accident from occurring by accurately detecting an abnormal driving motion and issuing warning. SOLUTION: A driving motion analysis apparatus 10 includes a computer 12, and acceleration sensors 14, 16, 18 and 20 are connected to the computer 12. The acceleration sensors 14, 16 and 18 are attached to both wrists and the tiptoe of the right leg of a subject. An acceleration sensor 20 is mounted on the dashboard of an automobile. The computer 12 detects the abnormal driving motion of a beginner based on the driving motion of a subject such as a beginner or a veteran observed when the subject travels in the same course by the same automobile. This abnormal driving motion is stored, and when the beginner drives his or her automobile afterward, the abnormal driving motion is detected, and warning is issued. COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
