PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent adverse effects due to errors that occur in an agent in an agent system. SOLUTION: An error detection part 111 of an agent platform 100 detects an error that occurs in the agent 11 and changes an alarm mode, and then a trouble support part 112 performs processing for handling the error based on the alarm mode. In addition, when the error occurs in the agent 11, the error detection part 111 notifies agent remote management programs 300 of the error, and when receiving notification of the error occurrence of the agent 11 from the agent platform 100, an agent monitor part 320 of the agent remote management programs 300 displays the error occurrence and notifies a manager of the error. Subsequently, the agent remote monitor controller 320 transmits a remote control request for the error occurring agent 11 based on instructions from the manager, and a remote control execution part 113 of the agent platform 100 remote controls the agent 11.
