PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solenoid-driven valve capable of improving a degree of freedom of mounting an electromagnetic actuator for driving an engine valve. SOLUTION: The electromagnetic actuator 30 transmits its driving force to an arm member 50, by rocking a disc 33, by attracting the disc 33 arranged between mutually oppositely arranged electromagnets 31 and 32 to the respective electromagnets 31 and 32. The arm member 50 is rotatably supported around a fulcrum 51, and transmits the driving force of the electromagnetic actuator 30 inputted to a cam-follower 53 to an intake valve 29 by its rotational movement.
