PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ball flow-down structure of a game machine capable of effectively extending an opening area in a back mechanism body by appropriately disposing a ball discharge mechanism. SOLUTION: In the ball flow-down structure 10 of the game machine, a ball putout device 6 and a ball path 3 are disposed in a back mechanism frame 2. The ball path 3 comprises a first ball path 4 disposed from one side part 201 to the other side part 202 of a width direction W at the upper side part 21 of the back mechanism frame 2 and a second ball path 5 connected to the other side part 202 of the first ball path 4 and disposed from the upper end part 203 to the lower end part 204 of a height direction H at the side part 22 of the back mechanism frame 2. The ball putout device 6 is connected to the lower end part of the second ball path 5 at the lower side part 24 of the back mechanism frame 2. At the lower side part 24, a putout path 62 for putting out game balls by the ball putout device 6 and a ball discharge path 71 for leading the game balls to the outside of the game machine 1.
