PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a peptide having an immune reactivity with an anti-NC1 monoclonal antibody, and/or a chronic kidney inflammation detective reagent using the antibody, and a kidney disease therapeutic agent. SOLUTION: This reagent detects kidney inflammation at an early stage by discovering a peptide and/or a substance having immune reactivity to the antibody from a live body sample such as blood serum and urine of kidney inflammation, using a peptide having an immune reactivity with an anti-NC1 monoclonal antibody, and/or its antibody. This medicine comprises a peptide having an immune reactivity with an anti-NC1 monoclonal antibody, and/or its antibody. A method to screen an antibody and/or a peptide which has immune reactivity with the peptide and/or its antibody using a peptide having an immune reactivity with an anti-NC1 monoclonal antibody and/or its antibody, is also patented.
