PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a glass product of which the surface is ornamented with an inkstick by using a brush etc., exhibiting deep impression, and which does not cause the separation of a colorant and the staining of a hand even when the hand touches with the surface; and a production method of the glass product. SOLUTION: The production method comprises a step S101 for sandblasting a glass surface, a step S105 for making a colloidal black writing fluid by rubbing an inkstick into a colloidal solution, a step S106 for giving characters and decorations to the sandblasted surface by using the colloidal black writing fluid, and a step S107 for drying the colloidal black writing fluid on the sandblasted surface.
