PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure more hood deformation strokes at a part outside in a vehicle width direction from an upper support member that constitutes the upper part of a functional-component holding part. SOLUTION: Each coupling member 16 couples each radiator support upper 12 (the upper support member) with each apron upper member 14 (a reinforcing part) on both sides of a vehicle body. When the coupling member 16 is subjected to a load of more than a prescribed level to the vehicle lower side, it is separated from at least either of the radiator support upper 12 and the apron upper member 14. Consequently, it is possible to secure more deformation strokes of a hood 28 when a collision object collides with the part outside in the vehicle width direction from the radiator support upper 12 in the hood 28, that is, a part in the coupling member 16.
