PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To satisfy requirements for speaker performance. SOLUTION: On the upper face of a speaker mounting portion 21 of an instrument panel 1, a sound leakage preventing member 22 is arranged for closing a sound leakage hole 12 formed around the speaker mounting portion 21. A speaker part 13 is arranged on the upper face of the sound leakage preventing member 22.
