PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle side body structure for reducing the deformation of a vehicle body at collision. SOLUTION: The vehicle side body structure comprises a side sill 10 extending to the longitudinal direction of the vehicle body. The side sill has: an outer panel 4; an inner panel 2 arranged inward from the outer panel in the cross direction; and a side sill reinforcement 12 arranged between the outer panel and the inner panel. At the rear end of the side sill reinforcement, an extension part 12b extending rearward in the longitudinal direction of the vehicle body, is provided. The extension part has an upper edge isolated outward from a body side member in the cross direction. A vehicular accessory 11 is arranged inward from the extension part in the cross direction.
