[PROBLEMS] To provide a cylindrical sealed cell, which does not use a fluorine-containing resin requiring a high cost as a material of a gasket, but uses a material available at a low cost and has a structure being fabricated at a low cost, and notwithstanding, exhibits such heat resistance sufficient to be stored or used under a high temperature circumstance. [MEANS FOR SOLVING PROBLEMS] A polypropylene having potassium titanate incorporated therein is used as a primary material of a ring-shaped sealing gasket (32), and a sealing agent (41) is applied on the inner peripheral surface and the outer peripheral surface of the sealing gasket (32). Furthermore, a mixture of asphalt and a mineral oil is used as the sealing agent. |
