A tumble control valve assembly is provided to prevent vibration of a valve shaft when a valve plate opens/shuts air passage of runners. A tumble control valve assembly includes a slot, a bushing member(40), a stopper member(50), and a pair of O-rings(60). The slot is formed at an intake manifold such that the slot is mated to a lengthwise intermediate portion of a valve shaft(21) which penetrates through runners of the intake manifold. The bushing member is fitted to the lengthwise intermediate portion of the valve shat such that the bushing member is rotatable together with the valve shaft and reduces vibration of the valve shaft during opening/shutting operation of a valve plate(25). The stopper member has a hole formed in the lengthwise direction of the valve shaft for insertion of the bushing member. The stopper member is fitted into the slot of the intake manifold at the state where the bushing member is inserted into the stopper member. The O-rings are integrally joined to the top and bottom of the stopper member so as to tighten the stopper member fitted into the slot and reduce vibration of the valve shaft during opening/shutting operation of the valve plate.
