FIELD: chemical industry; other industries; methods of the synthesis of calcium nitride. ^ SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the method of the synthesis of calcium nitride. The method consists in sputtering in the form of the drips by means of the sprayer of the fused zinc-calcium alloy in the reactor containing nitrogen, which is previously heated up to the temperature of higher or equal to the melting point of the zinc-calcium alloy. The produced calcium nitride is collected in the collection apparatus in the lower part of the reactor, and zinc contained in the drips, is evaporated and condensed on the cold walls of the reactor. The zinc may de repeatedly used for production of the other alloy. The zinc-calcium alloy is produced by the electrolysis of calcium chloride in the electrolyzer, which cathode is the solution containing the fused zinc. The technical result of the invention is simplification of the method of the synthesis of calcium nitride and the reduced cost. ^ EFFECT: the invention ensures simplification of the method of the synthesis of calcium nitride and the reduced cost. ^ 13 cl, 4 dwg |
