FIELD: welding processes and equipment, possibly releasing residual welding stresses in toroidal envelope type constructions by pressurizing method. ^ SUBSTANCE: apparatus includes housing 2, member for supplying in housing working agent 5, lodgment 1, members for securing housing to lodgment 6 and forcing couplings 3. Housing 2 is toroidal one; it has metallic hollow ring half and ¼ of hollow ring welded to one end of ring half. Couplings 3 are arranged along edges of housing 2 for fastening worked construction 4 and forming closed toroidal housing into which working agent is fed. ^ EFFECT: possibility for providing uniform pressure acting upon the whole housing and worked member, simplified release of residual welding stresses. ^ 2 cl, 1 dwg |
