System and method for servicing, storing, selling and reselling items usi ng a modular multi-level automated logistics structure. The multi-level stru cture includes one or more levels, each level providing a dealership with a specific function, such as inventory, parking, maintenance service, rental, administration, and display. The multi-level structure incorporates a plural ity of self-contained modules, flexible in design and implementation. Each m odule performs a specific task, such as maintenance, repair, control, monito ring, transport pallets, loading, unloading, rotating display, entry, exit, and parking/storage. Each module is suitably configured to interact with one or more of the same or different modules. Multiple lifts included within th e multi-level structure enable the transport of pallets, loaded with items, form one level to another. The configuration of the multi-level structure is dictated by user selected preferences, available building area and codes, a s well as the number of discrete modules included.
