PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To quickly provide a re-tracking within a short time without increasing a circuitry size that causes to increase a manufacturing costs.

SOLUTION: A BOC code phase delay element 14 generates a BOC code mixed with a PN code and sub-carrier in which EBOC, PBOC, and LBOChave shifted phases by 1/2τ chip each other. A PN code phase delay element 31 generates a PN code in which EPN, PPN, and LPNhave shifted phases by 1/2τ chip each other. A wave-shaping replica code generator 32 calculates "E'=EBOC+EPN, L'=LBOC-LPN" and generates each signal of E', P' (=PBOC).
