<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a motion picture compositing apparatus and a program which can smoothly reproduce a picture without decoding data, even if picture data or motion picture coded data are synthesized having a different coding parameter about a macroblock. <P>SOLUTION: The apparatus has a coding parameter extractor for extracting a first coding parameter (f_code or intra_dc_precision) included in a picture header for each motion picture coded data; a coding parameter selector for comparing a plurality of coding parameters, and selecting a first maximum coding parameter as the maximum value; a coding parameter adjuster for adjusting a second coding parameter included in a macroblock of each of the motion picture coded data on the basis of the first maximum coding parameter; and a motion picture data synthesizer for setting the first maximum coding parameter to the picture header, and setting the adjusted second coding parameter to the macroblock. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
