<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processor provided with an inexpensive hard disk protection means, capable of avoiding a start-up trouble caused by a defective sector occurring by breakage of an electric power source during an access to a hard disk. <P>SOLUTION: An instruction of not permitting turning-off of an electric power source switch 401 is transmitted to a user, when an interruption is generated by a detection signal DS of a lid 501 (S11). A CPU 2001 suspends the access to an HDD 2004, stops write-in for a new data (S13), and transmits an instruction of permitting the turning-off of the electric power source switch after waiting for a lapse of a prescribed time (S14). The prescribed waiting time is the time in the longest case out of the times required for writing all the buffer data in the HDD into hard disk media. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
