摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate troublesome calibration and registration of mobile bodies, miniaturize the mobile bodies, reduce the consumption of power, and improve the accuracy of position detection. SOLUTION: A position detection system includes a plurality of optical beacons #0 to #6 distributed in a moving space for a mobile body to emit light in a predetermined emission order according to respective emission patterns including respective identification information and position detection signals, and a detection means disposed on the mobile body to identify at least three optical beacons by the identification information included in the emission patterns of light from the optical beacons, detect the directions of light from the position detection signals included in the emission patterns of light from the identified optical beacons, and detect the position of the mobile body in accordance with the detection results.
