PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a construction method for attaching a functional article uniformly to a field internal surface, which does not produce any loss of a functional solution in a construction of a functional article membrane inside the field, and enables an easy control of the thickness of the membrane at short times by any one, and an adsorption method of the functional article membrane drying efficiently at one time the whole field internal surface after the construction. SOLUTION: The construction method comprises the step of attaching the functional article uniformly to the field internal surface at the required membrane thickness by jetting and circulating the functional solution inside the field in a jet particle diameter of 5μm under while controlling the injection quantity and the consumption per hour, and a forming method of the functional article membrane comprises the step of controlling the whole temperature and humidity of the field inside after the construction, and of drying the whole field internal surface efficiently at one time.
