An apparatus for extending an axle of a walking type managing device is provided to improve convenience of a user and to enhance the quality and endurance of the managing device. An apparatus for extending an axle of a walking type managing device comprises a mounting frame(112) fixed to a case of a transmission, and an extension shaft(113) connected to an axle protruding from two sides of the transmission. The mounting frame includes a vertical plate(115), a horizontal plate(116) fixed to a lower end of the vertical plate, a reinforcement bracket(117) connected between the vertical and horizontal plates, and a shaft support(118). The extension shaft includes a pipe section(120) fixed to the shaft support, a cover ring(122), an inner shaft(126) connected to the axle, and an outer shaft(128) coupled to an outer portion of the inner shaft.
