An integrated push service system and a service method are provided to integratedly offer various push services provided through a portable Internet network, thus each push service server does not have to equip modules for separate push data transmission, consequently construction costs of the push service servers are saved. Plural push application servers(10,12,14) provide push information including push data driven through a particular application of a mobile terminal(200), reception mobile terminal information for specifying the terminal(200) for receiving the push data, and a linking application ID for specifying an application where the push data is to be driven. An integrated push service server(100) receives the push information to provide the information to the terminal(200) through IP(Internet Protocol) pushing. A portable Internet service network(300) mediates communication between the server(100) and the terminal(200) by including plural RASs(Radio Access Systems)(320,322). The terminal(200) receives the push information through a portable Internet modem for accessing the network(300), and includes at least more than one application for linking with the push information.
