FIELD: protection of underwater hulls of ships, objects and structures operated in water medium. ^ SUBSTANCE: compound for proposed coat contains polymer base and semi-finished product for production of beta-active radio nuclides in form of finely dispersed powder, for example lithium bicarbonate L2CO3, thus ensuring radiation safety in manufacture and application of coat.
