PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that when adding or changing a telephone number for an ISDN line or when mixing an analog audio signal, the ISDN line is temporarily changed into an analog line and processing is then performed so that efficiency is reduced because of the analog line and it is not practically useful and further, that even if connection is established to the ISDN line, a connection point of the line is not limited and the connection is frequently disabled so that it is not practically useful. SOLUTION: By adding, deleting or changing a dial number while keeping a digital signal for a data signal of the ISDN line, it is not necessary to convert the data signal into an analog signal. Furthermore, the connection point of the ISDN line can be changed by a setting change, and moreover, the analog audio signal and the digital audio signal are mutually converted.
