PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sensor signal processing device and its system which can automatically reflect intention of a resident while keeping a responding speed and can inform a resident of an occurrence of an incident against a resident's intention. SOLUTION: A continuous input memorizing means 1002 memorizes a continued duration of time while the same data are inputted continuously from an external sensor, and an output maintenance time deciding means 1003 decides an output maintenance time 1003b, 1003c from an allowable time between an input variation occurrence and an output based on the memorized input continuation time 1002a, 1002b in the input continuation memorizing means 1002. An output deciding means, based on the memorized input continuation time 1002b by the input continuation memorizing means 1002 and the output maintenance time decided by the output maintenance deciding means 1003, decides an output corresponding to an input variation when a time elapsed after an occurrence of the input variation exceeds the allowable time.
