PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an access control and storage apparatus for optical disk which need not accommodate a customized disk player. SOLUTION: The access control and storage apparatus includes a rotating plate 30 for storing disks thereon and rotating the same; a first disk-pushing mechanism 34 for moving a disc along its radial direction from the rotating plate to a second disk-pushing mechanism 36 having a positioning slot for positioning the disk; an auxiliary-fixing mechanism for fixing the disk positioned in the positioning slot; a grasping mechanism for grasping the disk; and a rotating mechanism fixed to the grasping mechanism for rotating the grasping mechanism. The apparatus further includes a coordinate-displacing mechanism connected to the rotating mechanism for controlling the horizontal and vertical positions of the grasping mechanism and at least one disk player for receiving the disk released from the grasping mechanism.
