PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new cutting boundary surface detecting device, a road surface cutter control device and a road surface cutting vehicle including the same, easily and surely performing roadbed picking work even by an unskilled operator. SOLUTION: The vibration acceleration caused in cutting the road surface by the road surface cutter 4 is obtained, and analyzed on the characteristics of the vibration frequency. The analyzed frequency characteristics and previously registered frequency characteristics are compared, and according to the comparison result, it is determined whether or not the road surface cutter 4 reaches the roadbed C. The determination result is informed to the operator by voice or light. Thus, even an unskilled operator can quickly and accurately grasp the arrival of the road surface cutter 4 at the roadbed C (the boundary surface thereof), so that roadbed picking work can be performed easily and surely.
