PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce air resistance by forming a plurality of projections on the outer face of a case to positively generate vortexes so as to increase the pressure by delaying removal of air current. SOLUTION: A space stabilizing device is provided with the plurality of the projections (20) on the outer face (3e) of the case (3), reduces the air resistance, by generating the vortexes by the projections (20) and improves the spatial stability of the space stabilizing device (2).
