PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pneumatic treatment machine provided with an expanding and contracting bag to expand and contract through an air hose by an air supply and discharge device on a treatment part and capable of preventing blockage of the inside of the air hose caused in moving the treatment part even when a loose part is provided on the air hose for the treatment part to move. SOLUTION: This treatment machine 1a is constituted of a seat part 11a and a footing part 13a, the footing part 13a is constituted of a footing rear part frame 51a of the treatment part and a footing front part frame 52a of the treatment part provided free to move on the footing rear part frame 51a, a relay air hose part 42a is provided by having the loose part 422a between the footing rear part frame 51a and the footing front part frame 52a, and a protection member 6a having flexibility to prevent blockage is provided on the loose part 422a.
