PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a casing device of a dairy equipment, which does not require the troublesome detachment or attachment of an inner cover, even when a cover portion is detached from an undercarriage portion for the repair of a defect or the like and simultaneously ensures sufficient waterproofness. SOLUTION: The casing device of the dairy equipment is characterized by being equipped with an inner cover 4 for covering an electrical circuit substrate portion Pc disposed on the inside 3i of the cover portion 3 and being also equipped with a cord takeout portion 10 having an opening portion 7 which is formed in the inner cover 4 and through which a connector 6j disposed the tips of wiring cords 5...connected to at least an equipment part Pm can pass, a screen portion 8 which stands from the outer surface 4o of the inner cover 4 and covers the periphery of the opening portion 7 at a place separated from the opening portion 7 in a prescribed width Wd, and an elastic block material 9 which is received on the inside of the screen portion 8 in a compressed state and in which a notch portion 9c enabling the passage of at least the connector 6j is formed.
