PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent falsification of information representing change of an environment, and to acquire the information. SOLUTION: This sensor 101 includes: a substrate 1; an antenna 4 receiving a signal transmitted from the outside; an IDT 3 converting the received signal to a surface acoustic wave on the substrate 1; and an adjunct attached to a propagation path of the surface acoustic wave on the substrate 1, irreversibly changed in response to the change of the environment, and changing a propagation characteristic of the surface acoustic wave on the substrate 1 by the change.
