An automated colorimetric machine for measuring and dispensing fluid colorant products according to specific formulations for finished products comprises storage means for said formulations, dispensing means (32) for dispensing the fluid colorant products according to predetermined formulations in order to prepare a finished product, and means (20) for supporting and moving a container (5) of base fluid products within the colorimetric machine. The colorimetric machine further comprises opening means (50, 54, 56, 121, 124, 126, 128) for opening, in use, an inlet on said container (5) through which the dispensing means dispense the fluid colorant products into the container (5) , and closure means (60, 62, 64) for closing said inlet, in use, after the dispensing means have dispensed the fluid colorant products into the container (5) . |
