<p>The method involves producing a single-dimensional intensity vector from a two-dimensional Interferogram by a 2D-1D-transformation. The 2D-1D-transformation is selected such that an intensity extrema existing in a two-dimensional intensity distribution appears equidistant in the intensity vector, where the intensity vector undergoes a Fourier transform, and the intensity extrema is seized by Fabry Perot interferogram. An independent claim is also included for a device for detecting circular radius in an interferogram.</p> |
