CONVECTION-ENHANCED HEMODIALYZER

A hemodialyzer with enhanced convection is provided to increase the removal ratio of middle molecules with keeping moisture balance in the bloodstream by increasing ultrafiltration and backfiltration amount in ultrafiltration and backfiltration zones formed by combining a cap to both sides of a body. A hemodialyzer(1) with enhanced convection is composed of a hollow body(3) having plural hollow fibers formed inside and a cap(10) combined to both sides of the body and composed of two through-holes(13) separated from each other at a predetermined gap in the center of the upside and two inlet ports(30) or two outlet ports(30') joined to each through-hole. The inlet port or the outlet port is connected to an inlet tube(50) or an outlet tube(51), respectively. When blood flows from a blood pump, ultrafiltration and backfiltration are independently generated in ultrafiltration and backfiltration zones formed in the body.
