A ship for mooring and a barge are provided to prevent an accident by discharging harmful toxic gas easily, and to ensure safety of operators by reducing resistance of sea water. A ship for mooring and a barge includes a deck unit(10) and a ship baseline(7). A structure of a triple moving body type ship is equipped with a toxic gas ventilation system(20). The ship baseline unit includes a first moving body(70) to a third moving body(70) in a cross section. A wing of ship(8) is fused on the dual-side of the first moving body and the third moving body. The toxic gas ventilation system includes an air inlet(6), an air circulation duct(2), a vertical pipe(3), and a motor fan(4). The structure of a triple moving body type ship further includes a handrail unit and an alongside pier unit(11).
