<p>An outdoor of a refrigerator and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to form patterns and exhibit color on a front surface of a base plate which forms the outdoor. An outdoor of a refrigerator includes a base plate(51) formed with a predetermined pattern(51a) on the front surface by a roller(50) having projections at the outer peripheral surface, a coating layer(53) formed on the rear surface of the base plate, a paint layer(55) formed on the coating layer, and a front paint layer formed on the front surface of the base plate for protecting the front surface of the base plate and exhibiting color. The front paint layer consists of a first layer(57a) coated on the front surface of the base plate, and a second layer(57b) coated on the first layer, wherein the first layer is transparent and the second layer has predetermined color. A protecting vinyl layer(59) is attached to the surface of the second layer.</p> |
