SAFETY - MAKEUP MODULAR TYPE HYDRAULIC VALVE FOR INCORPORATED MOUNTING AND HIGH PRESSURES

FIELD: machine engineering, industrial fitting manufacture, namely in displacement hydraulic drives of hydraulic systems of building and road-building machines for preventing overloads of such machines by excess pressure in aircraft and ship manufacture with use of safety valves. ^ SUBSTANCE: valve is in the form of module-block that may be easily incorporated directly to housing of hydraulic drive and autonomously working off technological parameters. Possibility of performing additional function of makeup valve by means of main locking organ is realized. Response and quick action of valve are enhanced due to using in main locking organ indicating pushing rod with central through throttling opening with possibility of axial motion during control cycle and engagement with spherical part of stem of additional locking organ. In valve there are two mutually independent paths for discharging working fluid from valve. It provides enhanced parameters and enlarged functional possibilities of valve. Such safety-makeup valve allows valve functioning in wide range of counter-pressure changing at draining from main locking organ at wide range of changing inlet pressure of tuning. ^ EFFECT: enhanced operational reliability, improved technical and economical, exploitation parameters.
