<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve drain performance in end cells in a fuel cell having a laminated body formed by laminating two or more unit cells (cells). <P>SOLUTION: This fuel cell 1 is provided with the unit cells having electrolyte films 11 with catalyst layers 12 for electrodes provided on both surfaces, receiving reaction gas supply from the outside, and generating electricity by electrochemical reaction, the laminated body 2 formed by laminating two or more unit cells, and current-collecting plates 3 sandwiching the laminated body 2.
