<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermosetting polymer composition giving a thermosetting polymer cured product having improved heat resistance, flexibility, stiffness, electric characteristics, and the like. <P>SOLUTION: This thermosetting polymer composition comprises the first component comprising at least one of cage structure silsesquioxane derivatives each having oxiranyl, oxiranylene or 3,4-epoxycyclohexyl, and the second component comprising an amine compound as essential components, and further contains the third component comprising at least one of a curing accelerator and a compound having oxiranyl, oxiranylene or 3,4-epoxycyclohexyl and not containing silicon in the molecule as an arbitrary component. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
