<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a variable displacement compressor capable of preventing a passage from being blocked up by foreign matter, while restraining manufacturing cost. <P>SOLUTION: In this variable displacement compressor 10, a valve plate 13 is interposed between a rear end surface 11A of a cylinder block 11 and a rear housing 14, and a suction valve forming plate 36 and a gasket 35 are interposed between the valve plate 13 and the cylinder block 11. A discharge side communicating passage 68 forming a part of a discharge passage, is formed between the rear end surface 11A of the cylinder block 11 and the suction valve forming plate 36. In this discharge side communicating passage 68, an inlet 68a of a first passage forming part 35a is expansively opened to a second passage forming part 35b so as to extend over the whole peripheral direction of the gasket 35 in an opening width, with the thickness of the gasket 35 as the opening width. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
