PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an improved concept for communication system of the BB-TDMA protocol base for enabling effective management of wireless resources by substantially supporting the QoS (Quality of Service) function. SOLUTION: A transmitter apparatus is provided with: a busy signal receiver for receiving a busy signal from a first receiver in a busy signal time slot related to a payload signal time slot in the present frame, wherein the busy signal receiver has additional information effective to a transmitter for transmitting the payload signal in the payload signal time slot or a different transmitter using no payload signal time slot: and a busy signal information extractor for extracting the additional information effective to the different transmitter.
