PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a control program for microprocessor and a program for FPGA (Field Programmable Gate Array) configuration to be downloaded in an onboard state with a channel system package operated. SOLUTION: The channel system package includes a data transmission/reception part 10, a microprocessor 11, a ROM 12, a RAM 13, a flash memory 14, a FPGA 15, an extension interface 16, and a data interface 6b and allows program data for FPGA configuration and program data of the control program for microprocessor to be downloaded from external data input devices 8a and 8b through a central control device 2 or directly.
