PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a surface-mounting thin capacitor which is capable of preventing conductive paste from leaking outside so as to improve in mass productivity, obtaining the enough fixing strength of an electrode terminal, and making the image recognition of an electrode easier by improving the filling state of resin when the electrode terminal is inserted into a resin case and molded. SOLUTION: The surface-mounting thin capacitor comprises a capacitor element and a resin case 20 where the anode terminal 27 and the cathode terminal 28 are inserted and molded. The capacitor element is equipped with the anode terminal 27 that is electrically connected to an anode, exposed on a mounting surface, and provided with an inner side where conductive paste 21 is applied; and the cathode terminal 28 that is electrically connected to a solid-state electrolytic layer, exposed on the mounting surface, and provided with an inner side where conductive paste 21 is applied. The anode terminal 27 and the cathode terminal 28 are provided with the anchors 26, 29, 30 and 31 which are spread sideways and provided with ends that are bent, the anchors 26, 29, 30 and 31 are inserted into the resin case 20 and molded, and the outer edge of the resin case 20 is subjected to a crimping process along a bend line.
