PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic excretion treating device capable of obtaining a large suction force without using a large suction device. SOLUTION: This automatic excretion treating device comprises a fitting piece 1 for surrounding the crotch part of the human body from front and rear, sucks the excretion excreted to a recessed part 2 disposed in the inside surface of the fitting piece 1 with an excretion suction section 24, and discharges it to the outside. The excretion suction section 24 has an inlet side opening 25 opening on the recessed part 2 side, and an outlet side opening 26 opening on the outside surface of the fitting piece 1, and inclines up with respect to the bottom surface 23 from the inlet side opening 25 toward the outlet side opening 26.
