摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To transfer quantum information, having single photon to a couple of electron spins of the coupled quantum dots remaining after emission of light through effective process similar to the emission of light from the coupled quantum dots, and to store such quantum information within a stable partial space extended with a couple of electron spins. SOLUTION: With implantation of electrons and optical activation, three electrons and a hole are generated within a couple of coupled quantum dots 1, 2. In this condition, the light is emitted through recombination of single electron and single hole in the quantum dot 1. After photons are emitted, electrons are respectively left within the couple of quantum dots 1, 2. With this timing, quantum mechanical force correlation (entanglement) exists between polarization of the photons emitted from the quantum dots and spin of the couple of electrons remaining within the coupled quantum dots 1, 2. With use of this entanglement between the light and electron, the polarizing condition of single photon to be stored can be transferred to the electron spin condition, within the coupled quantum dots 1, 2 with the method called "quantum teleportation".
