PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a component member for a rainwater storage and penetration tank, which enables a vacuum hose to be easily inserted down to a lower portion, and the rainwater storage and penetration tank. SOLUTION: The component members 20, which are juxtaposed adjacently to each other, are arranged in such a manner that curved portions 22C face each other, and the curved portions 22C of the component member 20 arranged on an upper position is arranged above the curved portion 22C of the component member 20 arranged on a lower position.
