PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To keep entire bodies to be insulated cold at a predetermined low temperature even if the bodies are stored close to each other in a low-temperature insulating container and to achieve it by a simple configuration. SOLUTION: A low-temperature insulating apparatus 1 is equipped with the low-temperature insulating container 3 capable of storing the bodies 2 to be kept cold. Cold air 14 can be supplied into this low-temperature insulating container 3. The low-temperature insulating container 3 is equipped with a lower part mat 15 extending approximately in the horizontal direction and disposed between the internal bottom face of the low-temperature insulating container 3 and the bodies 2 to be kept cold, and upper part mats 16 and 17 extending in the vertical direction and disposed between the internal side faces of the low-temperature insulating container 3 and the bodies 2 to be kept cold or between the bodies 2 disposed parallel to one another.
